These days, many people like to watch live performances (such as shows or concerts) at home, either on TV or on a computer, instead of attending in-person. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh its disadvantages?

Some notable advantages: 

- Offers convenience in many ways

- Saves time

- More comfortable for those who are unable to travel to a venue far away

- Saves money

- Often offers a clearer and closer view of important moments in an event, which people might miss in a crowded venue 

Major disadvantage:

Miss the happiness of being in the company of, and sharing emotions with, like-minded people
