Technology can be used to increase autonomy in the lives of old people. Many activities of daily life become easier with the help of technology.

Technology can be used for health monitoring and management

Technology allows old people to retain social contacts

Technology offers various form of entertainment 


One way to promote the use of technology among old people is introducing age-friendly designs 

Young members in the family can offer knowledge and assistance in getting used to technology

It is important to remove the stigma associated with the use of technology by old people
